Job summary

POOLCORP, a leading outdoor living products distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Sterling area. You’ll support receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment, accurately packing and setting up deliveries or pickups while keeping inventory tight.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with seasonal Saturday rotation. Benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Prior forklift experience preferred and certification is a plus.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup accurately.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck and handling shipments.
• Log shipments into inventory and conduct cycle/physical audits.
• Maintain positive communication with supervisors, sales staff and customers.
• Operate forklift safely and report discrepancies promptly.
