Job summary

Mayer is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Mayer team in Columbus, OH. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with paid holidays and paid time off; the position focuses on accurate order filling, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material while maintaining safety and branch operations.

The role does not involve deliveries. Responsibilities include receiving material, stocking, processing shipments, and performing routine equipment maintenance and inventory counts.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred
• High School or GED - Preferred
• General knowledge of electrical products a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and orderly work environment per SOPs.
• Receive and verify incoming materials against packing lists.
• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently; stock and stage products.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment when required.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
