Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Mayer team in Columbus, OH. This role features a Monday–Friday schedule, paid holidays, and paid time off. You will fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and prepare branch orders while safeguarding safety, security, and accuracy.

The position requires no experience or may leverage prior warehouse experience, with forklift certification preferred. You will support inventory and perform light maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but warehouse experience is a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently, receive, stock, stage, and ship material per safety and productivity standards.
• Maintain branch warehouse and equipment; handle all warehouse transactions.
• Operate machinery such as forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load shipments onto common carriers and company vehicles.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment and report any issues.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support counter sales and customer service as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and EH&S rules; communicate safety concerns promptly.
