Job summary

Carr Supply Columbus is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our local team. Flexible day and night shifts available, location at 1415 Old Leonard Ave, Columbus, OH. You’ll operate warehouse equipment, use RF scanners, and help with loading/unloading while keeping areas safe and organized.

No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided. Shift options include Night 4:00 PM–12:00 AM ($22/hr) and Day 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ($20/hr).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Able to lift or move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts and order pickers) safely.
• Use RF scanners to manage stock and track orders.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
• Work alongside a team to meet daily goals.

Choose the Shift That Fits Your Life (Mon–Fri)

Night Shift (2nd Shift): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM — $22.00 / hr

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM — $20.00 / hr

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (depending on shift selection)
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 bonus after 90 days!

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license + ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift or move up to 75 lbs during your shift.
• Desired Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge, experience with warehouse management systems/RF scanners, or prior forklift/order picker operation is a plus (but on-the-job training is fully provided!).
• Key Strengths: Strong team player, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on workplace safety.
