Job summary

W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Billings, MT to perform warehouse tasks that support inventory integrity, order processing, picking, packing, and shipping. Role reports to a DC Supervisor, with cross-team interactions and a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, in a full-time capacity. Benefits start day one, with on-site work and opportunities to grow within Grainger’s logistics network.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and work around moving equipment.
• Capable of lifting, sliding and moving packages up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort with a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area per OSHA standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
