Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Fargo, ND. You will perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, picking, and packing to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.

You will operate computerized scanning equipment, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with benefits from day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Able to work well in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure accurate shipping to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA and hazmat rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
