Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily order fulfillment in a distribution facility. You will perform various distribution tasks, maintain safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Experience in warehousing, ability to lift heavy loads, and basic computer skills are valued, with a chance to work a flexible schedule and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lb regularly, up to 150 lb infrequently.
• Basic English communication, basic math, and basic computer skills.
• One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions across checking, picking, packing, replenishment, or shipping as needed.
• Operate a pallet jack on occasion to move products.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement ideas for the distribution process.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven setting.
