Job summary

Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Associate for full-time, on-site work at our Phoenix facility. Responsibilities include stocking, loading/unloading, and enhancing the customer experience with accurate product handling.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 75 lbs, forklift training, and basic math/POS skills. Most duties involve safe material handling and occasional deliveries or assemblies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs unassisted.
• Forklift training/certification to be obtained if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create a best-in-class customer experience for every customer, every time.
• Store, move and assemble merchandise; know dimensions and weight.
• Transport, load and unload merchandise safely within warehouse and to customers.
• Use computer terminal to look up customer and merchandise information.
• Match product to invoice, packing slip or bill of lading accurately and ensure orders are paid.
• Assist with showroom changes, tagging merchandise and maintaining displays and a clean showroom/backroom.
• Follow safety procedures and safe lifting methods.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations for delivery/assembly.
