T.F. Andrew is a family-owned flooring solutions company providing property managers, developers and business owners best in class flooring products and services for over 42 years. We sell, install and maintain all flooring types in 25 states and are one of the largest flooring providers in the USA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse personnel are responsible for general warehouse functions; inventory movement, cutting and staging inventory, installer load-out, and miscellaneous labor.

• Cut and stage carpet, pad, and vinyl
• Assist with installer load-out and various installation problems that develop
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
• Scheduling of warehouse operations; dumpster pulls, ordering propane for forklifts, etc.

• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Able to work independently as well as with a team
• Dependable and willing to take initiative
• Proficient in warehouse procedures and best practices

All candidates must:

• Have warehouse experience
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be able to drive a forklift
• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds with the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Pass pre-employment background check
