Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate in Florida to perform barcode processing, box handling, and daily forklift operations. You will be responsible for pulling access lists, refiling boxes, and processing boxes scheduled for destruction, with strict adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

The role requires physical stamina for repetitive lifting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license with clean MVR and background check.
• High School Diploma minimum.
• Physically able to perform labor intensive tasks daily (lifting 40-50 lb).
• Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and productivity requirements.
• Willing to follow procedures yet suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes.
• Pull access list.
• Refill boxes/files.
• Barcode and process boxes for destruction.
• Perform bay consolidations.
• Operate picker forklift or other equipment.
• Pre-operation safety checks of equipment (battery, brakes, lift, fire extinguisher).
• Move boxes to assigned areas and load/unload as needed.
• Conduct warehouse maintenance.
• Make pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment.
• Return equipment to charging station and prepare for overnight charging.
