Job summary

Dorse & Company, part of the AIR Control Concepts family, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support day‑to‑day warehouse operations. The role involves picking, packing, shipping orders, receiving stock, using a WMS, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

The position includes occasional backup delivery duties with a company box truck and requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, and operate forklifts.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to pick, pack, ship, receive and put away products.
• Forklift experience and ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive and put away stock; drop-ship orders.
• Use WMS to support warehouse and inventory activity.
• Perform basic inventory practices and maintain accuracy.
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks; lift at least 50–70 lbs.
• Back up delivery driver as needed and drive box truck when required.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance and teamwork.
