Job summary

Willis Klein Commercial (WKC) is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver to support daily warehouse operations, customer pickups, inventory, and deliveries. This hands-on role requires ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

You will handle daily receiving, stock replenishment, Will Call support, and serve as a backup driver when needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate when required.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or delivery experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to train.
• Basic computer, math, counting, and measurement skills.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and labels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, drivers, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily receiving: unload, inspect, verify quantities, match to PO, enter data into system, report discrepancies.
• Manage stock requisitions: pull, stage, issue, transfer, and replenish stock; document movements.
• Assist Will Call customers with order pickup, verify identity and order details, ensure proper material release.
• Serve as backup driver: complete deliveries, pickups, and site transfers; maintain vehicle readiness and safety.
• Perform additional duties: pack/ship orders, operate warehouse equipment after training, maintain clean, organized areas.
