twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate for an automotive service equipment client in Duryea, PA. This on-site role blends administrative and physical work, including receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, forklift operation, and staging materials to keep product moving to field technicians and customers.

The role supports sales, service and field teams, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics experience required.
• Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations and inventory management
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory from suppliers and vendors
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Coordinate freight shipments, prepare Bills of Lading, and manage shipping documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed
• Ensure products are properly staged and prepared for field technicians and upcoming jobs
• Collaborate with sales, service, and field teams to prioritize needs
• Improve warehouse organization
• Implement practical processes to manage order and product flow
• Occasionally deliver materials to jobsites using company vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
