We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team full-time. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing schedule. Responsibilities include warehouse organization, receiving and staging materials, and delivering equipment and materials to jobsites. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be able to drive a flatbed truck and forklift, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform order pickups and deliveries throughout the tri-county area (Miami-Dade to West Palm Beach)
• Load and unload delivery trucks and ensure all materials are properly secured
• Maintain and perform basic upkeep on small engines, including pressure washers, gas pumps, and generators
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safely arranged for efficient access and operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse setting
• Ability to operate a forklift preferred (training available if needed)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Pay: Based on experience
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week, with availability for overtime as needed
• Health Insurance: 70% reimbursement (up to $500/month) after 90 days
