Job summary

Reece-Supply-Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate and Non CDL Delivery Driver in New Jersey. The role combines daily customer deliveries with warehouse stocking using RF scanning and forklifts. Must meet DOT and driving history requirements and be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

A background in box truck driving is preferred. The position offers full-time hours with benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, FSAs/HSA, life insurance, PTO, and an EAP program.

Qualifications

• Clean 7-year driving history with no DWI/DUI
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen
• Able to read a map and follow directions to customer sites
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in box truck driving (2–3 years preferred)
• Sit down forklift experience required

Responsibilities

• Make daily deliveries to customers in the sales territory in a safe, efficient manner
• Report any vehicle mechanical issues to supervisor immediately
• Deliver or route materials to shipping or delivery areas using hand-trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Verify shipment contents against records (manifests, invoices, orders) for accuracy
• Communicate with supervisors and sales reps to resolve issues like damages or shortages
• Stock materials to maintain inventory and stage orders for shipping or delivery
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly; perform other duties as assigned
