Reece Supply Company in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate and Non CDL Delivery Driver. The role combines daily customer deliveries with warehouse duties, using RF scanning and forklift equipment to stock and pull materials.

The position requires a clean driving history, DOT physical, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong map-reading and communication skills. Great for those who can work day shifts Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

Must have a clean 7-year driving history with no DWI.
Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the day.

Responsibilities

Make daily deliveries to customers in the sales territory efficiently and safely.
Report mechanical issues with the delivery vehicle to the supervisor.
Deliver or route materials to shipping or delivery area using hand-trucks, pallets, jacks, and forklifts.
Inspect pallet loads against manifests and orders for accuracy.
Coordinate with supervisors or sales reps to resolve damages or shortages.
Stock materials to maintain inventory.
Pull and stage orders in shipping area using warehouse equipment.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Position: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE AND NON CDL DELIVERY DRIVER

Position Purpose

Truck Driving duties include delivering material, product and equipment within the sales territory for the distribution center. MUST be over the age of 21 to drive; MUST have a Valid DL with clear 7-year Driving Record; MUST be able to pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen.

Warehouse duties include using RF scanning system to stock and pull materials, equipment, and other items for shipping or delivery.

Required Experience

Driving: 1 year (Required)
Sit down Forklift: 1 year (Required)
Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
Box Truck Driving: 2-3 years (Preferred)
Materials handling: 1 year (Preferred)
RF Scanner: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

Makes deliveries daily to customers in the sales territory in an efficient manner, minimizing the time away from the warehouse while driving the vehicle in a safe & courteous manner.
Reports any mechanical issues with the delivery vehicle to the supervisor immediately.
Delivers or routes materials to shipping or delivery area in the warehouse, using work devices, such as hand-trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Examines pallet loads and package contents in order to compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
Confers and corresponds with supervisors or sales representatives to resolve problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance specifications.
Stock material, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
Pull orders and stage material in shipping or delivery area in the warehouse, using work devices, such as hand-trucks, carts, pallet, jacks, and lift-trucks
General housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in warehouse
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills
