The Salvation Army is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Alhambra thrift store. This full-time position supports production and distribution operations with a pay rate of $18.04 per hour and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities include sorting merchandise, inspecting items, and ensuring TSA safety policies are followed while working with the Store Manager and production team. Stores operate seven days a week with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.

• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Follow safety measures established and maintained by TSA policy and government regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality as needed and required for the operation of the total program.
• Overtime: Any and all overtime must have the written approval of the supervisor. The supervisor’s initials must appear on the timecard besides the overtime hours.
• Other written or verbal duties as may be assigned, from time to time by the Production Manager, the Administrator or their designated representative.

Schedule

Our stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by Management and employee must be flexible to always ensure adequate store coverage. Part-time associates may be scheduled to work any part-time shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
