Position Details

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has immediate openings for Warehouse Associate on our 2nd shift at our climate-controlled distribution facility in Ashland, VA. You will learn various materials handling tasks and be a key part of the Operations team. This role offers opportunities to rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to a broad range of equipment, processes, and technologies. Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (e.g., electric pallet riders, order pickers, forklifts) after certification.
• Use RF technology for distribution functions such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stock replenishment.
• Deliver materials to production lines promptly.
• Learn and utilize our inventory management system for transactions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm).
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment preferred.
• Willingness to learn additional warehouse equipment.
• 1 year shipping or receiving experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and follow safety procedures.
