thyssenkrupp is seeking a warehouse associate for the second shift in Ohio to handle storage and shipping of material and finished goods. The role involves operating forklifts and cranes, stocking, packing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will work on the warehouse floor near heavy machinery, perform inspections, and support lean initiatives while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Sort, stack, clean, wash, stock, and inspect cartons, pallets, or parts.

• Train others when required.
• Support health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives.

Job Summary

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations. This role is for second shift.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock
• Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the operation.
• Perform general clean-up activities.
• Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
• Train others when required.
• Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements.
• This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.
