Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Elgin, IL to support outbound and inbound activities under the Warehouse Supervisor. The role emphasizes quality, safety, productivity, and adherence to SOPs while ensuring timely shipment of products.
Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, and palletizing, with cross-training across multiple warehouse areas. Proficiency with WMS and material handling equipment is preferred, and overtime may be required.
The schedule for this position: Monday- Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm (or until the work is complete)
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
The Warehouse Associate assists with outbound/Inbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. Inbound positions receive products into the facility and outbound ships products to customers.
$20.50/hr. - $23.58/hr. (shift differential pay included)
