Cardinal Health’s Consumer Health Logistics Center in Groveport, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound operations. The role involves picking, packing, and shipping products, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Training is provided on day one. The facility emphasizes efficient material flow, inventory control, and a safe, clean work environment. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; training provided on day one.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working at heights of 20–30 ft.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound or outbound activities per supervisor instructions.
• Pick, pack and ship orders following established procedures.
• Perform quality checks and maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Contribute to inventory control and housekeeping tasks.
• Be willing to train on and operate material handling equipment.

As far as the outbound section, this job ships products.About the Consumer Health Logistics CenterThe Consumer Health Logistics Center (CHLC) is Cardinal Health’s newest Pharmaceutical Supply Chain operation in Groveport, Ohio. This facility, featuring some of the latest innovations in automation technology, is approximately 350,000 square feet and picks, packs, and ships consumer health products.ResponsibilitiesFollow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
