Cardinal Health is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Associate. You will pick, pack, and ship products during a 1:00 PM–9:30 PM shift, with overtime as needed. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for 8+ hours.
• Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and rotate into various warehouse areas.
• Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse and meet hourly performance standards.
• Frequent walking throughout the shift (8+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship product.
• Communicate with associates and display teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
• Use hand-held RF units/scanners for tasks.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
• Follow OSHA standards and wear required PPE.
