Job summary

General Floor Industries is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift at our Bellmawr distribution center. You will be part of a team that handles order picking, inspection, and staging for shipment.

This role offers real upward mobility with opportunities to grow within our headquarters or into one of our 17 branch locations. Ideal candidates are dependable, motivated, and eager to stay active.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus (in-house training and certification available).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipping
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Verify pick lists and complete documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse daily
• Follow all safety policies
• Suggest improvements to warehouse efficiency

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipping

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized daily

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Share ideas to improve warehouse efficiency and processes

What We’re Looking For

Salary Range: $18-$21/hr
