Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate in Chicago, IL. The role includes picking orders, preparing goods for transport, and operating forklifts. Starting pay is $20/hour with a full benefits package and a Monday-Thursday schedule.

The candidate should have 1 year of sit-down/stand-up forklift experience, be able to use a Standup Walkie Rider, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. GMP/SQF/USDA or FDA familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sit-down and Stand-up forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Following FIFO to pick oldest to newest and rotate lot codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Record open/damaged cases and store properly.
• Safely stack/unstack goods on shelves or pallets.
• Move goods from storage to loading areas for transport.
• Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods and label for shipment.
