Job summary

Energy Access Innovations is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sulphur Springs, TX to support our warehouse operations. You will receive, store, and distribute products while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, organized environment.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, inspecting for defects, and collaborating with teammates to fulfill orders on time.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Ability to work independently and with a team daily.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance history.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, willing to train.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments per procedures.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging and shipment.
• Package products securely to prevent transit damage.
• Stack/unstack and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Organize and stock received products in appropriate locations.
• Monitor packaging materials and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, time-efficient workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our warehouse facility's efficient operation. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and prior to shipment.
• Package all products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Routinely stack and unstack products, and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Assist in organizing and stocking received products inappropriate warehouselocations, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and time-efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines, including proper PPE use.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• High level of accuracy in reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Ability to work not only alone, but alongside team members on a daily basis.
• A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.

Physical Requirements
