Job summary

Signature Solar is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST) in Reno, NV. You will support receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, safe workspace.

You will pick, pack, and label shipments, inspect items for defects, and help organize stock. The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team daily.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Warehousing or distribution center experience is a plus; training provided.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and prior to shipment.
• Package all products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Routinely stack and unstack products, and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Assist in organizing and stocking received products in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and time-efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines, including proper PPE use.
• All other duties as assigned.

• A track recordof punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Previouswarehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.
