Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking Warehouse Associates for the Odessa, TX area. The role involves loading and unloading materials, operating a forklift and an overhead crane, and supporting branch operations.

Earn a base pay starting at $18.25 per hour with a 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED and must be able to obtain forklift and overhead crane certifications.

Job Description

JOB DETAIL

Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday (with potential overtime)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Associates perform material and product loading and unloading activities to support the branch location. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, overhead crane and construction tools.

• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
