Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI which meet safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance goals.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding load statuses and appointments.
• Distribute workload on the floor with operations supervisor.
• Coordinate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve orders.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• Hourly Pay $18.71 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle and travel within the area approximately 25 - 50 % of the day
• Strong technical aptitude which includes using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, scanners and enter orders into a WMS System
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must be able to work both indoors and outside

• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
