Job description

We're looking for Warehouse Associates to work in our client's new facility ! Earn up to $18.25 / hr in a fast paced, fun environment, working with a leader in eCommerce. No experience required but preferred.

About the Role : Pay Rate : $18.25

Shift Times (as available) : Start date can possibly change.

• Monday - Friday 7 : 30a - 4 : 00p

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Key Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• High school diploma or a GED
• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have the ability to work at a steady pace
• Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
• Repetitious regular lifting of 20-35 pounds; moving of boxes, to access product, up to 40 pounds
• Occasional small step stool / ladder usage; obtaining product located on upper shelves
