CCCParts, a TruckPro company, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate at our Kansas City location. This role involves assisting with daily warehouse operations, including planning and directing distribution activities and deliveries.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Lead Associate:

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders efficiently
• Assist in receiving, inventory control, including physical and cycle counts
• Maintain records for shipments, orders, and customer invoices
• Help resolve customer and operational issues
• Organize will calls, deliveries, and coordinate with other stores
• Promote a safe and organized work environment
• Coordinate stock pulling, staging, auditing, and loading with proper documentation
• Monitor and reconcile cores, returns, and warranties
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: One year of related experience
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Problem recognition and resolution skills
