1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 30-35 hours/week
- Wage: $21.50 - $27.50/hour (based on shift and differential pay)
- Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start
Schedules
- Schedule A1: Wed-Sun; off Mon-Tue. Pay: Year 1 - $27.50, Year 2 - $28.25, Year 3 - $29.00, Year 4 - $29.00, Year 5 - $30.00
- Schedule A2: Fri-Tue; off Wed-Thu. Same pay scale as A1.
- Schedule B: Rotating 3-week schedule, working Sat-Sun 2 of 3 weeks. Pay: Year 1 - $24.50, Year 2 - $25.25, Year 3 - $26.00, Year 4 - $26.00, Year 5 - $27.00
- Schedule C: Rotating 4-week schedule, every other weekend. Pay: Year 1 - $23.00, Year 2 - $23.75, Year 3 - $24.50, Year 4 - $24.50, Year 5 - $25.50
- Schedule D: Mon-Fri; off Sat-Sun. Pay: Year 1 - $21.50, Year 2 - $22.25, Year 3 - $23.00, Year 4 - $23.00, Year 5 - $24.00
Duties and Responsibilities
- Selects and receives stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocates merchandise per handling guidelines.
- Sorts, organizes, loads for shipment, unloads incoming shipments.
- Performs cleaning to meet safety standards.
- Participates in inventory counts.
- Communicates effectively with peers and management.
- Provides input for process improvements.
- Inspects products for quality and safety concerns.
- Acts independently within responsibilities.
- Assists in achieving budget goals.
- Performs tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follows ergonomic and safety procedures.
- Operates equipment safely.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
Skills & Abilities
- Interprets policies, communicates effectively, performs basic math, attentive to detail, works independently and in teams.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lifts up to 45 pounds, moves merchandise, works in varying temperatures, operates equipment safely.
