Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $16.74 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record, a personal vehicle, and be able to travel within the area approximately 25-50% of the time
• Strong technical skills, including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• High initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Adherence to health and safety practices
• Flexible schedule and shifts
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Ryder's driving qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Follow performance measurement guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Manage warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Support technical and maintenance aspects of automated packing systems during production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
