Job Description

1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 30-35 hours/week
• Wage: $19.25 - $25.25/hour (depending on shift and schedule)
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start

Schedules

1. Schedule A1: Wed-Sun; off Mon-Tue. Pay scale increases yearly up to $27.75.
2. Schedule A2: Fri-Tue; off Wed-Thu. Pay scale increases yearly up to $27.75.
3. Schedule B: Rotates every 3 weeks, working weekends; pay increases yearly up to $24.75.
4. Schedule C: Rotates every 2 weekends, working Saturdays and Sundays; pay increases yearly up to $23.25.
5. Schedule D: Mon-Fri; off weekends; pay increases yearly up to $21.75.

Responsibilities

• Select, relocate, and organize stock efficiently.
• Unload incoming shipments and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team.
• Inspect products and report quality or safety issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and able to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment safely.
