Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift at our Amarillo, TX location. The role involves loading/unloading materials, operating a forklift, and supporting branch operations with accuracy and safety.

You will complete customer orders, inspect equipment, assist with ERP inventory updates, and maintain a clean workspace. Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage. Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.

Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base pay rate is $16.25 per hour

1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday (with potential overtime)

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading and unloading materials and products to support operations at the branch location. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools.
