Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate at our Aledo, TX location. The role supports loading/unloading, inventory control, and safety compliance while operating a forklift and overhead crane.

Expect a 7:30AM–5:00PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with a base pay of $17.00 per hour. Candidates must meet the age, education, and certification requirements, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Base pay rate is $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform material and product loading and unloading activities to support the branch location. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, overhead crane and construction tools
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
