Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a warehouse-focused role in Atwater, CA. The position features hourly pay ranging from $25.50 to $28.00 and a crew that fits 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shifts with overtime potential.

You will manage inventory, support cycle counts, and mentor teammates while collaborating with logistics and production to optimize daily operations. Training on forklift and crane is available as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least five years in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Good communication and basic computer skills necessary.
• Forklift and crane training or certification a plus; trainable on both.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and organize stock for efficient fulfillment.
• Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

JOB DETAILS

Pay Range: $25.50 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, hours may vary depending on operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with cycle counts / inventory accuracy
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and verify documentation accuracy.
• Train and mentor new hires, fostering a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize warehouse workflow.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-driven strategies.
• Inspire and lead employees to enhance productivity and achieve set production targets.
• Collaborate with production supervisor to manage daily operations; track team performance, report on key metrics, and resolve problems swiftly.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to confirm that all equipment is operational and meets performance standards.
• Maintain organizedwarehouse layout for efficiency and safety
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A minimum of fiveyears of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Forklift experience a plus / Must be trainable on forklift
• Crane experience a plus / Must be trainable on crane
• Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Some knowledge of a manufacturing environment.

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
