Job summary

BRP in Beloit, WI is seeking Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift. This is a long-term, full-time temporary position with potential for direct hire based on performance. Shifts 1st: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; pay $20.19/hour.

Overtime may start as early as 6:00 AM and can occur during busy seasons. Responsibilities include picking/packing, operating forklift or order picker (training provided), loading/unloading trucks, stocking shelves, cycle counts, and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history.
• Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours.
• Forklift/order picker experience preferred.
• Steel toe shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and package products for shipping.
• Operate forklift and/or order picker (training provided).
• Sort incoming trailers and replenish shelves.
• Load and unload trucks; process returned goods.
• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts.
• Assemble parts into kits; cross-train across departments.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
