WOW Logistics in Menasha, WI is seeking a Warehouse Worker for the Menasha Distribution Center. The role offers a base hourly rate with a shift premium, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a drug-free, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus, but training is provided.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts safely, adhering to safety requirements and policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment.
