Warehouse Associate-1

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Functions

• Receive all inbound orders into WMS, including spring water, resin, materials, and deliveries.
• Rebuild damaged pallets and process RMAs.
• Consolidate finished goods storage, identify and report quality issues, validate SKUs, and correct LGV alarms.
• Unload goods with a forklift, maintain storage areas, and handle spills.
• Operate forklift when needed, facilitate logistics flow, and monitor resin and water quality.
• Coordinate trailer loading, check trucks, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain records for shipping and inventory, participate in process improvements, and keep the warehouse safe and clean.
• Ensure regular attendance, communicate effectively, and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma; 0 years experience.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree; 2 years experience in manufacturing, handling, or managing projects.
