In this role, your day will be a mix of building relationships, helping customers find the right products, following up on projects, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you’re closing a sale, prepping an order, making a delivery, or tidying up the showroom, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-notch service and keeping our operation sharp.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 85%

  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship-building.
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers, assisting them in selecting appropriate products.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide accurate monetary and timeline quotes for projects.
  • Follow up with customers at various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
  • Utilize company software for order processing, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities: 15%

  • Process and prepare orders for customer pickup and deliveries.
  • Deliver orders to customers or other company locations while ensuring safety and care.
  • Maintain warehouse and showroom cleanliness, including sweeping, organizing, and disposal of materials.
  • Manage inventory, including stocking, rotating, and ensuring product displays meet company standards.
  • Perform basic property maintenance such as landscaping, snow removal, and general custodial tasks.
  • Follow safety procedures for material handling and warehouse operations.
  • Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
  • Adaptable and open to a dynamic work environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work is performed both in-store and in a warehouse setting.
  • Occasional off-site work at customer locations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Climbing ladders and handling materials at various heights.
  • Repetitive motions, pushing, and pulling heavy loads.

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

  • Travel to customer locations or other stores as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with an unrestricted driving record.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or warehouse operations.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS:

  • Eligible to work in the United States.
