Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a contract warehouse position in Winona, MN. You will receive, unload, and inspect shipments, pick and pack orders, and maintain inventory with RF scanners and warehouse software. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Eligible candidates will have basic computer skills, forklift experience a plus, and a High School diploma or GED. Onsite, full-time with competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Job description

Join our warehouse team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Accurately track inventory and update warehouse systems.
• Organize and maintain warehouse stock in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• At least 6 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners, inventory management systems, or warehouse software.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and packing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
