Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a 100% hands-on, physically demanding warehouse position in a secure facility. The role requires unassisted lifting of up to 100 lbs and operation of manual tools and RF scanners to meet daily production targets.

Expected to work 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. This is a temporary/contract role with no benefits during the contract period.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle, move, and organize boxes and materials weighing 10–100 lbs unassisted.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, ladders, and various floor surfaces safely.
• Perform continuous physical movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling and squatting.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation and load outbound pallets.

SUMMARY

• Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

About the Role

This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. There are no forklifts or cherry pickers—you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and RF scanners to meet daily production targets independently.
