Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking a temporary warehouse laborer in San Diego. The role requires heavy manual work, frequent lifting up to 100 lbs, and continuous standing. You will operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners to meet daily production targets.

Environment is non-climate-controlled; dress accordingly. This contract position offers no benefits during the contract period.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and meet daily production targets.

Job description

Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hourshifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

What You’ll Do:

• HeavyLifting: 100% hands-on manual labor involving repetitive, unassistedheavy lifting of items weighing 10 to 100 lbs.
• PhysicalTasks: Continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, andnavigating stairs and ladders.
• DailyWork: There are no forklifts or cherry pickers—you will rely entirelyon physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, hand trucks) and RFscanners to meet independent production targets.

What We're Looking For

• Environment:Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather—please dressaccordingly). Must secure warehouse storing files, books, and backupmedia.
• PhysicalRequirements: Must be comfortable with highly demanding labor rolerequiring repetitive manual heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout yourentire shift.
• IndependentPace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly onthe fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily productiontargets.
• Gear:Required ASTM-compliant safety shoes (steel/composite toe).
