Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous physical movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation, and load outbound pallets.

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Environment: Secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media (non-climate-controlled; temperatures fluctuate with the weather)

SUMMARY

• Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather - please dress accordingly).
• Physical Requirements: Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift..
• Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

About the Role:

This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. There are no forklifts or cherry pickers—you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and RF scanners to meet daily production targets independently.

Employment Terms:
