Job summary

Dart Machinery, a division of Race Winning Brands, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for first shift. You will handle receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of automotive parts, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing, exposure to automotive manufacturing, and proficiency with MS Office. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with physical requirements and strict quality controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to expedite workflow and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Process, package and ship orders with attention to detail.
• Inspect products for defects and damages before shipment.
• Receive, unload and store incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct physical inventories and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to meet daily output goals.

Dart Machinery is seeking a Warehouse Associate for first shift.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure work procedures are being followed, and expedite workflow
• Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Receive, unload, and place incoming material
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
• Conduct physical inventory
• Trouble shoot errors to eliminate the possibility of occurring again
• Contribute to the daily output of the department
• Communication and teamwork within and outside the department
• Follow company safety protocol

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school or GED desired

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Preferred Experience, But Not Required

• Prior automotive manufacturing experience
• Hilo experience
• UPS and FedEx operating systems

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
