Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM-2:00 AM

In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling merchandise in a warehouse environment, including receiving, moving, storing, picking, and shipping products. Duties include operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks, verifying inventory for accuracy and quality, replenishing stock, filling orders, loading trailers, and reporting any damages or discrepancies.

Job Duties

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to use warehouse technology, scanners, and inventory systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 65 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
  • Ability to load and unload materials in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Ability to work in environments with changing temperatures, dust, and noise.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while performing physical warehouse duties.
