Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced, high-performance culture. You will perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, palletizing and routine housekeeping at our Lincoln site.

We value hard work and promote from within, with weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to travel and learn how our sites operate. Training is provided for the right candidate who shows strong work ethic and reliability.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods and select items for shipment.
• Handle freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow site leadership directions.

The Opportunity

Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
