Job description

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Chantilly, VA location.

Shift: 1am to 6:30am or end of sort

Schedules:

• Schedule A: Friday through Sunday
• Schedule B: Saturday through Tuesday and Thursday
• Schedule C: Friday through Monday
• Schedule D: Monday through Wednesday and Friday and Sunday
• Schedule E: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Weekends are Mandatory, days off provided by management. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.00/hr (weekly pay)

• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program:

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.
• Referral bonus eligibility is for referrals that start between 04/1/2024 and 10/31/2024.
• Candidates must indicate on their application in Ceridian Dayforce the full name of the person who referred them with the location.
