Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse Associates are a vital part of distributing our products. We are seeking a warehouse person to work in a safe environment with positive people.

The Warehouse Associate will:

1. Properly and safely stock roofing materials in our warehouse.
2. Pull inventory for customer pick-ups.
3. Use a forklift to unload inventory from incoming delivery trucks.
4. Load trucks for jobsite deliveries.
5. Ensure accurate counts of inventory as it comes in and goes out.
6. Rotate stock and properly handle damaged materials.

Be part of a team with a "team-first" attitude. Work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime on weekdays and Saturdays during the busy season.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving, or similar environment.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. repeatedly daily.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus; we will assist with certification if needed.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
• Positive attitude aligned with the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
