Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA to support inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. You will pick, pack, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift and flatbed truck operation, ability to lift 40 pounds, and availability 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to safely operate a flatbed truck.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in warehouse 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Communicate regularly with internal customers regarding inventory status, availability, and order fulfillment.
• Organize warehouse materials and products for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines to support daily operations.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $19.38 to $30.85 in Virginia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law. Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing. All testing and employment decisions will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
